Attitude is everything. Our thought and action make it.Our thought stem from the way we think or what we belive in and how we feel. A positive attitude lead to happiness and success and can change a persons whole life for the better.
The concept of Satyagraha is as old as hills. The Upanishads declare that the entire world rests on the bed rock of Satya or truth. Budha gave to the mankind the message of Ahinsa and declared that hatred could be overcome not by hatred but by love. Mahavira declared Ahinsa Parmo Dharma as the highest form of religion. Jesus Christ extolled the importance of Ahinsa.
He said, "Resist no evil; whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also." Mythological stories of Bhagat Prahlad and Raja Harishchandra in India and philosophy of Socrates were based on perfect Satyagraha. Thus we find that Satyagraha has a long history and background.
Gandhiji only gave this concept a new shape and philosophy. He said in the Harijan of 28th March, 1936. "I do not claim to have originated any new principle or doctrine, I have simply tried in my own way to apply this eternal principle to our daily life and problems. Truth and non-violence are as old as hills. All I have done is to try experiments on as vast a scale as I could."

Sometimes we turn our anger upon the person responsible for hurting us; we are also likely to blame someone for any kind of mishap.By learning to be patient, one can cultivate the art of reigning in bad temper and hasty decision-making.Patience yields many good things. It is also a necessary ingredient of genius.Patience can solve problems, avert wars and disasters, and lead us to the path of truth. The power of patience leads us to self-inspection, to the admission of errors and the capacity for forgiveness. A tolerant person is like a tree with an abundance of fruits; even when pelted with sticks and stones, the tree gives its fruit in return.Without tolerance, patience is not possible.Tolerance is integral and essential to the realization of patience.
Patience accomplishes its object, while hurry speeds to its ruin. Sa’Di

Let him that hath no power of patience retire within himself, though even there he will have to put up with himself. Baltasar Gracian
All commend patience, but none can endure to suffer. Thomas Fuller
The peak of tolerance is most readily achieved by those who are not burdened with convictions. Alexander Chase
Tolerance is just a makeshift, suitable for an overcrowded and overheated planet. It carries on when love gives out, and love generally gives out as soon as we move away from our home and our friends. E. M. Foster

Be with them when they need you. The Values of Making People Feel Good
In the workplace, making your co-workers feel good will enhance the work environment, making it more enjoyable; it will also increase your influence with them.
In your business, making your clients and customers feel good will draw them closer to you; it will also increase your sales.
In the home, it will bind your family members closer together, turning your house into a happy home.
Ten Ways to Improve People’s Lives
When you make people feel good, you enhance their self-image and give them energy, hope, and confidence. Below are ten simple ways you can make people feel good.
1. Encourage. What sunshine and rain do for flowers, encouragement does for humanity. Regardless of one’s position in life, everyone needs to hear words of encouragement.
2. Compliment Sincerely. You can compliment someone for a job well done or on an admirable characteristic you have noticed. If you can’t do it in person, don’t hesitate to use another means like a card, thoughtful email, or text message.
3. Praise Publicly. Boost someone’s confidence by commending their efforts in front of others, either verbally or in writing. You can also do this with people who serve you, such as a store clerk, waitress, or receptionist who has gone the extra mile to assist you.
4. Listen Thoughtfully. Focus on listening, not just hearing. When you are an attentive listener, people sense your care and concern and are comforted that their feelings and experiences are validated.
5. Serve Willingly. The next time you notice that a co-worker is under the gun and needs a hand, volunteer to help. Or offer to assist someone who has a task to do that they don’t want to do. In doing so, you will help them see themselves as worthy of your efforts and attention.
6. Show Genuine Interest. Ask about something important to them and concentrate on what they have to say. Remembering and commenting on their hobbies, sports, vacations, or family at a later date will prove that you have a sincere interest in their lives.
7. Express Love Unselfishly. Every person has a primary love language that dictates the ways they prefer to be loved. When we understand and love people the way they need to be loved (not just the way that satisfies our needs), it draws them closer to us and us to them.
8. Make a Friendly Call. It doesn’t have to be important or a special day, just call to let a friend or family member know you are thinking of them. Asking how someone is doing is always appreciated.
9. Give a Gift. It doesn’t need to be expensive. It can be a small bouquet of flowers or a card.
10. Smile Often. A sincere smile never goes out of style; it can mean different things to different people. A smile can brighten people’s day in an instant, and they’ll appreciate that you made the effort to acknowledge them.
It has been 63 years since the Constitution of India came into effect changing the fate of an entire nation. The preamble of the Indian Constitution declares India to be a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic Republic ensuring its citizens Justice, Equality, Liberty and Fraternity. A hard war was won to endow us this status and though not a war for freedom, a difficult battle is still on within the country to uphold and protect these values that were a promise made to ourselves and to the nation.India has been racing forward with grace and dignity, bettering herself. The pitfalls are leapt over as the country moves from one era to the next. The progress slows, but never halts, carrying the country with its diverse notions and attitudes. If you observe the development of the Indian Technology industry you will get a glimpse of her achievement. The nation has always been famous for supplying the world with the best and brightest engineers and scientists. The industry took its first step into the field with BPOs and call centers which transformed people’s way of life across the country. We then progressed to KPOs that took over all the back end job of the first world country who welcomed this cost effective way of managingThe country has now progressed to develop smart and innovative technology that is changing the face of the way the world works around us. Gone are the days when we provided back end support to major IT companies around the world. The young generation is opting to set up start ups that create high value products with intellectual property. The country is witnessing a trend of reverse brain drain with many Indians returning home to set up their own companies and examine their opportunities. Why just Indians, even foreigners are landing on the shores to explore business opportunities in the country. The country is moving from strength to strength.

They’re a threat to our children’s future.”President Obama said recently, “More droughts and floods and wildfires are not a joke. They’re a threat to our children’s future.”now, while I still have a voice to speak, I want to communicate a warning: I believe we are at a crossroads that puts our civilization at risk. If we do nothing to stop carbon dioxide from going into the atmosphere, the Earth will face a future similar to that of Mars, becoming barren and lifeless.
When World War II was thrust on us, we turned our economic system into a war machine as every American agreed to sacrifice in order to defeat Nazi Germany and its allies. That is the model for what it will take to overcome what now threatens our planet.
Planning for a shortage and excess of water. Cities and towns need to take a strategic view of water supply and storm water. The East London Green Grid aims to create a network of open spaces with the potential for managing surface water and flood risks and generating energy.
Moderating the urban heat island. Cities and towns are warmer than surrounding areas because heat is stored in concrete and tarmac and traffic and poor air circulation compound the problem. Green spaces are protected across Stuttgart explicitly to promote cool airflows, improve air quality and reduce the heat island effect.
Making green spaces work for people and wildlife. Urban green areas can be a significant source of sustainable food, help community cohesion and protect biodiversity. Benwell Nature Park in Newcastle is now a focal point for community that helped create it and Warrington has pioneered the establishment of urban forestry.

On the day of Diwali, Lord Ram returned to Ayodhya after exile of 14 years. People of Ayodhya welcomed him by lighting diyas. Let us all pledge to make our country prosperous and let us come forward to establish Ramrajya in India...
"Sabh mil mangal gao re,
Sabh mil deep jalao re Avadh me Ram aaye hai...!"Diwali is a festival of lights; people decorate their homes and exchange greetings……’ Well, Is it actually bringing light and happiness around? is it actually sending positive vibes and blessings for happy and long life for the people around us
