Thinking In Young Children”

While it is true that children need to develop knowledge and skills, they also need to learn how to think. It is equally important for them to know how to create ideas from scratch. Creativity is a skill that can make a huge difference in how much success and enjoyment your child gets out of life.
“Creativity cannot be left to chance, it must be valued, encouraged and expected – and seen as essential to all teaching and learning.”                                                                                      - Robert Fisher
Here are some easy activities that will help spark your child’s creativity.
Open-ended thinking.
Encourage open-ended thinking. This is where there are no right or wrong answers – only unlimited possibilities. Drop your structured activities and let your kids go outside and play. Let them do ‘free style’ arts and crafts. Invite them to make something from paper, paints, scraps, glue, clay, trinkets, crayons, rubbers bands, markers, paper clips, buttons, yarn, and anything else available. Give them toys they can play with in a variety of ways like blocks, legos, board games, musical instruments, dress up clothes and a lot of books.
Model creativity.
You may be a carpenter, a gourmet chef or an auto mechanic. It doesn’t matter. Encourage your child to join your creative efforts. Involve them; tell them stories, role play with them, dance with them. Through activities like these, your child will discover many ways to express his or her creativity.
Dialogue with your kids.
Take time to talk with your child about anything under the sun, including the sun. It is vital to encourage children to seek solutions and draw their own conclusions whenever possible. Give them time to explore and to experiment with various ways to solve problems. These experiences will teach them to try new ideas, which in turn develop their confidence and strengthens their creative thinking abilities.

Time Management

Your time go hand in hand. Stress can often be caused by not having enough time to do the things you want or need to do. This is a common problem shared by many employees and employers alike in the workplace as well as students at school, colleges and universities. By managing your time, stresses can be reduced significantly.
The key to good time management is self-organization. So at the start of each day, make a list of the main tasks you need to achieve. These tasks should be prioritised so that you will always achieve your highest priorities first. Set time limits on various tasks.  Finally set a schedule based on the priority of tasks and the amount of time you intend to spend on each one. (Don’t forget to schedule some time for lunch or dinner.) Establishing such a basic routine will go along way towards better managing your time.
There are other things you can do to better manage your time. Firstly, eliminate all non productive time wasting activities. One way to do this is by simply keeping a track of every activity you do and how much time you spend.  Review your efficiency on the various tasks you do day to day. Can they be improved? Are they taking more time than what they should? For example do you waste time looking for where you last placed something? Perhaps a better filing system can improve your efficiency . Smile. By smiling you not only appear more confident, sociable, and attractive to others, but it unconsciously makes you feel better too. Studies have shown that smiling makes you more relaxed and calms you down when you are stressed.

“India is an Old country but a young nation…I am young and I too have a dream, I dream of India Strong, Independent, Self-Reliant and in the front rank of the nations of the world

When it comes to the term Youth Icon, I cannot think of a better person to award the title to than the late Rajiv Gandhi. Rajiv was our 7th Prime Minister from 1984 to 1989 and his life, his ideas, and his deeds, remain an inspiration to youngsters even today. More than anyone else in modern Indian history, RajivGandhi is personally responsible for empowering youth in transformative ways.

Kya Yehi Pyar Ha

"Love is not to be purchased, and affection has no price."
Love is when the one is sad  , you care, you talk with them, giving them hopes, & smart answers to the solution. Love is based on trust, love is willing to forgive how much that other person hurtled you & always accepting them back. Love is all about filling hope & dreams with the other one. Love is not only about the words "I love you"- it's about the feeling .
