Happiness, Hope And Confidence

Happiness: Our moods and temperaments either spiral upwards or downwards over a course of our lives. For most of us, it’s usually a roller-coaster ride of ups and downs. All of us long for happiness. So, if we are able to provide that to someone,  other’s reciprocal nature will ensure that we gain joy in return as well. So, go on. Make an effort to smile- always. We can’t please everyone all of the time but surely we can brighten someone’s day?   Confidence: All of us have potentials to achieve great things in life, but most of us are not motivated or optimistic enough to spur ourselves on over our lifetime to fulfill our life goals to make this world a better place. Be that someone who will enable others to see the positive side of things, that someone who tells stories of inspiration to others, that someone who lets others know of perseverance and determination. As you go about encouraging others, you will feel encouraged too. Hope: In life, we should live life with hope and optimism – with a certain degree of pragmatism. While steering away from being a perfectionist and an idealist, we should live life knowing that things are getting better and better.

Govt may extend RTE provisions till Class 12

The Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE Act) passed by the Parliament of India makes education a fundamental right for all children between the ages of six and fourteen. The Act was enforced on 1 April 2010 and is a landmark development in achieving universal elementary education.Delhi education minister Arvinder Singh on Monday said the government is planning to extend the scope of Right to Education(RTE) up to Class 12. At present, the provisions of RTE are applicable till Class 8. Singh said this while answering to questions by several members in the Delhi Assembly’s budget session regarding implementation of RTE in Delhi schools.
Singh added that the government plans to appoint more than 13,000 teachers in various categories in the Education department.
“We feel the need to move beyond the RTE. We also wish to implement the provisions of RTE up to class 12,” said Singh. Replying to queries raised by members about shortage of teachers in government schools, Singh admitted that there is a shortage of 6,000 permanent teachers, but 3,793 guest teachers are there to fill in the gap.
“We will soon fill up all vacant posts,” he added.
Giving information about the implementation of RTE in Delhi Singh said Delhi has one of the best student-teacher ratios, at 38:1, in the country.

Monitoring the Right to Education | The Right to Ed

The Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE Act) passed by the Parliament of India makes education a fundamental right for all children between the ages of six and fourteen. The Act was enforced on 1 April 2010 and is a landmark development in achieving universal elementary education.

This Act is probably one of the first examples where the implementing agency i.e. the Ministry of Human Resources Development is different from the monitoring agency. The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has been chosen as the monitoring agency under Section 31 of the RTE Act. Along with NCPCR, the state commissions and Right to Education Protection authorities are also responsible for monitoring. Some of the measures taken by NCPCR include –

• Establishment of an RTE Division within NCPCR

• Appointment of state representatives to assist NCPCR

• Maintaining a web-based portal for registering and tracking complaints online

• Social Audits and public hearings to be conducted at regular intervals

The RTE Division website (http://rtemonitoringcell.info/) is an excellent attempt by NCPCR to disseminate information about RTE.

we should guide our youth

India is the great country and it is fully dependent on youth . If the youth of India will strong . Our country need not fear from any other world power . Our youth are so important for our India . If youth will become unhealthy and weak they can not safeguard our India.

At this time , we should guide our youth , they are using drugs , and entrapping several bad habits . They are not interested in the reading of good books but busy in love affairs . That is not good for India. Love is the necessity of life but it should be true . There are many duties of youth which do not allow his free wondering and waste the time .

If whole India's all youth will do all work with co-ordination and co-operation , then that day is not far when whole world will see us with the eye of honour and respect .

For this youths should do the work of benevolence . They can increase prosperity with their generosity .

Life and Ideas of Revolutionary Bhagat Singh

What were these revolutionaries boys made up of ?, who at the age of 18 and 21 could dare the most powerful British Empire with its unlimited "Satanic" power. Bhagat Singh said the biggest challenge is of Ideas ,put on the anvil with all the force and youthfulness ready to sacrifice all for these. He represents the dormant youth power of India. He was so determined that all repression of "Satanic Power of British Empire " could not make him yield , so determined they were that nothing could stop the revolutionary challenge they threw on British Imperialism , So argumentative they were that it exposed the falseness of British Empire's arguments. Three institutions crumbled before these tiny feet. The legislative, the jail system and justice system.
These young boys loved the Indian masses so much that they put themselves on the alter of sacrifice not out of romance but out of revolutionary understanding and jeal.
The arguments were started with a leaflet thrown on the floor of Central Assembly followed by well argued statement in the sessions court, which was further strengthened in High Court.
They jointly launched the longest hunger strike for elimination of discrimination in jail between political prisoners and European prisoners, and to break the suffocating environment to a creative one .

Love our families

Love our families
Our home is the first school. The family members are our first teachers. They teach us many good things. They help us in growing up as good human beings.
An ideal family is one in which al the family members support each other in good and bad times.
Whenever there is any problem in a family, all thee family members get together to think and solve the problem. All of them also celebrate their happiness together.
a) Family members help each other in times of need. b) Family members celebrate their happiness together.
All the families follow some riles or customs. In some families, people do not have their breakfast before worshiping God.
A child learns good habits and values from his/ her family.
Family influences us a lot. We learn many things from our elders. They teach us the difference between good and bad thins.
