India is the great country and it is fully dependent on youth . If the youth of India will strong . Our country need not fear from any other world power . Our youth are so important for our India . If youth will become unhealthy and weak they can not safeguard our India.

At this time , we should guide our youth , they are using drugs , and entrapping several bad habits . They are not interested in the reading of good books but busy in love affairs . That is not good for India. Love is the necessity of life but it should be true . There are many duties of youth which do not allow his free wondering and waste the time .

If whole India's all youth will do all work with co-ordination and co-operation , then that day is not far when whole world will see us with the eye of honour and respect .

For this youths should do the work of benevolence . They can increase prosperity with their generosity .

Life and Ideas of Revolutionary Bhagat Singh

What were these revolutionaries boys made up of ?, who at the age of 18 and 21 could dare the most powerful British Empire with its unlimited "Satanic" power. Bhagat Singh said the biggest challenge is of Ideas ,put on the anvil with all the force and youthfulness ready to sacrifice all for these. He represents the dormant youth power of India. He was so determined that all repression of "Satanic Power of British Empire " could not make him yield , so determined they were that nothing could stop the revolutionary challenge they threw on British Imperialism , So argumentative they were that it exposed the falseness of British Empire's arguments. Three institutions crumbled before these tiny feet. The legislative, the jail system and justice system.
These young boys loved the Indian masses so much that they put themselves on the alter of sacrifice not out of romance but out of revolutionary understanding and jeal.
The arguments were started with a leaflet thrown on the floor of Central Assembly followed by well argued statement in the sessions court, which was further strengthened in High Court.
They jointly launched the longest hunger strike for elimination of discrimination in jail between political prisoners and European prisoners, and to break the suffocating environment to a creative one .

Love our families

Love our families
Our home is the first school. The family members are our first teachers. They teach us many good things. They help us in growing up as good human beings.
An ideal family is one in which al the family members support each other in good and bad times.
Whenever there is any problem in a family, all thee family members get together to think and solve the problem. All of them also celebrate their happiness together.
a) Family members help each other in times of need. b) Family members celebrate their happiness together.
All the families follow some riles or customs. In some families, people do not have their breakfast before worshiping God.
A child learns good habits and values from his/ her family.
Family influences us a lot. We learn many things from our elders. They teach us the difference between good and bad thins.

Happy International Women's Day!

Did you know that  March 8 is International Women’s Day (IWD)? On this day, the whole world recognizes and celebrates women and their achievements. It was first celebrated in 1909 by the United States and has now spread to the whole world.    The preceding year 1908 saw the women working in the garment industry in New York protesting publicly against poor working conditions and low wages and 2 years later (1910) on the Women’s Day, saw them successful in having a women’s labour union as well. Yes, three cheers for the grit and determination of the first few fighters!  Thanks to them and many others from all over the world including India, we are all reaping the rewards now.On March 8, the 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day will be celebrated around the world. The message this year calls for “equal access to education, training and technology: pathways to decent work for women.”
Empowering women is at the very heart of The Hunger Project’s work. There is a direct link between extreme hunger and poverty and issues of inequality between women and men in the worst affected areas in our world.

PYAR

Pyar sirf ek lafz nahin

Woh ehsaas hai jo mar kar bhi

Nahin jaata

Pyar rooh ki gehrai tak chala jaata hai

Pyar hi hai jo jism ke khatam hone par bhi zinda rehta hai

Wishing you all a very happy shivratri 2011

Maha shivratri Story One: Samudra Manthan
It is believed that during the churning of ocean by gods and demons a highly toxic pot of poison which could have destroyed the world. To save the masses lord Shiva consumed this poison and kept it in his throat by tying it with a serpent. The poison turned his throat blue and this is the main reason why Lord Shiva is popularly known as “Neelkantha”. One of the sages asked the disciples to keep Lord shiva awake whole night so that he is not impacted by the poison. Keep the same rituals in mind disciples of lord shiva still sing songs and keep vigil whole night to please the god who then showers his blessings

· Mahashivratri Story Two: Marriage Celebrations of Shiva Parvati
Sati , daughter of King Daksha was in love with Lord Shiva and considered him as her husband. King Daksha in order to discourage her daughter from marrying to such an ugly looking man surrounded by serpents and devils organized a religious ceremony and insulted Lord Shiva publicly. In anger Sati ended her life by jumping in fire knowing which Shiva started Tandav dance to destroy the world. In order to appease Shiva, sati was revived in the form of Parvati and the union of Shiva and Parvati marked Maha shivaratri celebration

RESPECT

Respected chairman & NAC Members,
Please consider granting of grade pay of Rs. 5400/- in lieu of the existing G.P of Rs.4800/- to the entry grade Post Graduate Teachers of central shools and those of the schools in the Union Territories.
 Sir

there is mention about central government employees performing special duty such as teachers, nurses etc. whose payment should be increased substantially with the 6th CPC recommendation.Sir, The grade pay of PRT, TGT and PGT is 4200, 4600 and 4800 respectivily. The differance in GP of PRT and TGT is 400, while minimumum qualification for recruitment for both posts are graduation+B.Ed.. The differance between TGT and PGT is only 200 and minimum qualification for PGTs is Post Graduatation+B.Ed. Lecturers of universities/collages is gating GP of Rs. 6000 and their minimum qualificaion is Post Gaduation+NET. Why a such big differance between lecturer and PGT and very nominal differance between TGT and PGT. This is unjustified and should be rectified. AJAY KUMAR
